Dispute Handling

After-sales and dispute expectations for tested recovered drone parts sold through 匠盟 to overseas repair buyers.

Repair-grade expectation

Recovered drone parts are not sold as new retail goods. Listings and quotes should state condition, test status, visible defects, and whether the part is repair-grade or ready-to-install.

When a dispute can be reviewed

A dispute should include order number, photos, installation context, test evidence, and a clear description of the mismatch or failure.

  • Wrong item shipped or materially different condition from the listing.
  • Shipping damage visible on arrival with packaging evidence.
  • Part fails the test standard that was explicitly quoted before payment.

Before installation

Buyers should inspect photos, board numbers, connector type, firmware compatibility, and repair risk before installation. Sensitive or restricted bypass requests are not accepted.
